This kind of half shaft only transmits the torque, can not bear any return force and bending distance, and the scope of application is very wide. This type of half shaft can not only transmit torque, but also accept all the return force and bending distance. The structure is simple and the manufacturing cost is very low. However, this kind of axle shaft is relatively inconvenient to disassemble. If the axle shaft is broken, there will be a risk of the wheel wheel flying off. The half shaft is connected to the transmission reducer and the driving wheel, and it mainly plays the role of transmitting torque.
Once the half shaft is damaged, it must be dismantled and replaced immediately, otherwise it is easy to cause the following situations:
1. The damage of the half shaft will make the car unbalanced, and in the case of safe driving, there will be vibrations, shaking, steering wheel shaking, deviation of the direction, etc.
